Riza Gaffar
The Operating Partner of HKGM, Riza Gaffar has completed both legal and economic studies at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. He has attended various supplementary educations and trainings on banking and finance. He has extensive experience and expertise in the field of banking especially in the area of derivative transactions, debt restructuring, syndicated and commercial loans and financing companies. Mr. Gaffar has a career history in banking with the last position Head of the Legal and Agency Merchant Banking Department of a national private bank. He has license to practice before a court.
Marwan
A Senior Partner at HKGM, Mr. Marwan completed his legal studies at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. He has also completed a number of additional educations and trainings on banking and finance. Mr. Marwan has experience and expertise in banking, especially in matters of bad debts, debt restructuring, consumer financing and corporate financing. He as a career history in banking with the last position as head of bad debt department with a national private bank and had joined the law consulting firm of Amir Nasution, Hosen, Marwan & Associates as a Senior Partner. He has license to practice before a court.
Mudji Katon
A Partner at HKGM, Mudji Katon completed his legal studies at Jember National University, East Java and received his Magistrate of Management (marketing) from the Labora School of Management. Mr. Katon has attended various supplementary educations and trainings in the field of banking and finance in addition to corporate and human resources. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in the aforesaid fields, and had pursued a career in banking for almost 25 years with a government bank, having the last position of chief of corporate bureau (financing). He had been a member of the provisional management team with the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency for banks with immobilized operations and immobilized business activities.
Ruli Fajar Hidayat
A Partner at HKGM, Ruli Fajar Hidayat completed his legal education at the Trisakti University, Jakarta. He has also completed supplementary education and training in the field of capital market, property and corporate law. Firoz Gaffar
A Partner at HKGM. Obtained his law and master degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and is trying to finish a doctorate degree from the same school. Nugraha Abdulkadir

Endi Dermawan
